Just for a demo, I'm posting the final result before starting the tutorial. This is what we are trying to achieve.
Here's how to do it:
Step 1:
Open your background image in Adobe PhotoshopStep 2:
Duplicate the background layer and create a new layer between the two layers and fill it with white.Step 3:
Using the text tool, create a new text layer on the top most layer and write your text.Step 4:
Move the text layer in between the duplicated and the white layer.Step 5:
Keeping the top most layer selected click on Layers and then Create Clipping Mask or simply press Ctrl+Alt+G on the keyboard.That's it. You're done. Export your file and save it as .jpeg extention
