W3Schools is a place to learn HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, browser scripting java script vb script DHTML, WML Script, server scripting PHP, ASP, SQL, Dot NET etc. This tutorial is very helpful for beginners to learn most of above mentioned. This website provides basic supports to a lot of things. But If your internet connection is quite fluctuating ,you can try the offline version as well. The Offline is very useful and is the complete package of the web version. You might be worrying that it must be a huge files of hundreds of GB's but at Windows-Workshop we have 2 MB version that you can download and after extracting it exceeds 70 MB!

Step 1:
First download the file from above mentioned link. Don't worry its compressed only to less than 2 MB. But after extraction it is approximately of 70 MB.
Step 2:
After extraction open the folder named "www.w3schools.com".
Step 3:
Now you can find webpage file named "default.html".
