Do not have internet connection? Or do you have a slow connection? Does it take a lot of time to load Wikipedia? Why not download the whole database once and for all! But is it possible? The answer is YES!
First of all, download Kiwix. Then download the Wiki Database through it. Thats it!
NOTE: Wikipedia Database was of 46GB at the time of this post!
But once downloaded you could transfer it to your Android/Linux/Mac/other windows PC!
